# Introduction

This handbook documents Circular Berlin's processes, how decisions are made, and how work gets done. This is the most static form of communication we have at Circular Berlin.

Circular Berlin is run under Circular City - Zirkuläre Stadt e.V., a non-profit association registered in Berlin.
